336 Financial Management is a bespoke financial management advisory service with its head office in Edinburgh. Their core client base includes high net worth individuals, working at senior management and board level.
When they first approached us 336 required urgent help in preparing for the big changes in the financial services industry (RDR). Following an in depth business fact-find we recommended strategic changes to their brand and its positioning so that it better matched their target audience expectations.
We looked at how we could make their brand story stronger and identify what really made them different and how that could be communicated clearly to a discerning and demanding audience.
The results speak for themselves and since implementation 336 Financial Management have seen not only an increase in enquiries, but also an increase in the quality of enquiries.

Our brief was to visually articulate the highly acclaimed and transformational work of this unique charity that supports former forces veterans as they adapt back into civilian life.
Our solution utilised the shadow of a soldier cast by the civilian, as a constant reminder that past experiences never really leave them. We combined this with the positioning strapline,'Forces - Veteran - Civilian', to recognise the post conflict journey of ex-military personnel.
The brand differentiated Forward Assist from other forces charity, by focussing on the civilian and offering whole of life holistic support.
We provided, branding, content managed website, promotional material and helped secure further support and funding for this worthwhile charity.

NHS Grampian tasked us to come up with a new name, branding, visual expression plus design and build of a website for their oral health educational resource services.
Teeth TLC… 'tender loving care for teeth' was the outcome.
We designed the lettering to look like toothpaste freshly squeezed from a tube and then developed a series of characters to use on promotional items such as posters, postcards, leaflets, downloads, pop-up banners, animations and website.
The fully content managed website allows the Teeth TLC team to update copy, images and add pdfs and document through a simple interface.
We have worked with Asda’s property development team for 6 years, helping position them in Scotland, Northern Ireland and Northern England as the “retailer of choice”.
Working together with the client and partners we achieved this by influencing the tone of voice and structure of their communications, off and on line, and most importantly at planning events.
By educating and engaging with their diverse audiences, we have positioned Asda as the retailer who listens more and helps build communities.

Crash Magnets is an educational website and classroom resource used within Scottish secondary schools aimed at 14-17 year olds. The resource includes printed materials website, videos, animations and interactive learning games that meet the needs of curriculum for excellence.
We took the existing printed resource and created an exciting online interactive experience, adding many additional features and learning materials. It has received wide acclaim winning several awards for design and educational excellence.

Dottylines are a large established hair salon based in Preston.
They needed a brand refresh to reposition themselves away from the ever increasing competition and fragmentation of their local market. It was important the new branding reflected the "experience" of their salon environment.

We created, designed & built this interactive resource aimed at 6-12 year olds. It's now used throughout Scotland’s primary schools. This extensive highly acclaimed and very popular resource for Junior Road Safety Officers (JRSO’s) includes interactive educational games and resources. It also features multi-level password protected access for JRSOs RSO's and RSS staff to approve and monitor uploads. The JRSOs can share ideas and communicate with each other and their Road Safety Officers via the messages boards and upload and download areas.
